Shipping policy

As a Small Australian Business, we do our best to ensure our customers are receiving the most out of their experience with us. We know the importance of receiving your goods in a timely manner and know how important it is to be aware of shipment processing and delivery times. There is a 3 step to our method;

Step 1: Fulfillment

Fulfilment refers to the time it takes to create your product. Fulfillment takes about 2-5 business days.

*After pay purchases usually will wait for the second payment installment to fulfil purchase. 

Step 2: Shipping 

Shipping times depend on product availability and delivery destination. Shipping to Australia and New Zealand takes 6 to 30 business days with surrounding island nations taking closer to 30 days 

Step 3: Delivery 

Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, delivery depends on local delivery times.
